Sierra de Abodi. En el corazón de los Prepirineos Occidentales de Navarra se extiende la Sierra de Abodi, separando los valles de Irati y Salazar. Con casi 20 kilómetros de largo, el punto más alto del macizo (1.533 metros) se sitúa en el centro y es el monte que da nombre a la sierra. Sus verdes lomas están cubiertas de pastos y hayedos.

De Muskilda al Alto de Irati. Este largo tramo nos lleva al comienzo del Cordal de la Sierra de Abodi. Salimos del santuario por la puerta principal por la carretera que permite llegar a el en coche, en clara dirección norte, a los pocos metros tomamos un desvío a la derecha que nos evita un corto tramo de carretera y nos hace subir a lo alto del Cerro Musquilda.
